Hi, I’m Laura, a multi-6-figure business owner and proud Career Transformation Coach! Over the past four years, I’ve built one of Scotland’s leading employability training solutions companies, earning recognition as Managing Director of the Year 2024—an achievement I’m incredibly proud of.
But my journey hasn’t been a straight path to success. At 30, I found my footing in the employability industry after someone took a chance on me—an opportunity that changed my life.
