Hi, I’m Laura, a multi-6-figure business owner, Tiktok Shop creator and UGC Creator. Over the past five years, I’ve built one of Scotland’s leading employability training solutions companies, earning recognition as Managing Director of the Year 2024—an achievement I’m incredibly proud of.

But my journey hasn’t been a straight path to success. At 30, I found my footing in the employability industry after someone took a chance on me—an opportunity that changed my life. That chance sparked a passion for helping others navigate their own career challenges, and by 40, I had turned that passion into a thriving, award-winning business. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart, and this year I started my Tiktok journey, i have built a strong following and make sales everyday, all by simply being my real authentic self, andnow I support brands through collaboration, and excited to see where this journey takes me.
